{"id":2635,"date":"2020-11-04T19:43:05","date_gmt":"2020-11-04T19:43:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.travelwithanda.com\/?p=2635"},"modified":"2020-11-04T20:02:46","modified_gmt":"2020-11-04T20:02:46","slug":"pomanjkanje-vitamina-d","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.travelwithanda.com\/index.php\/2020\/11\/04\/pomanjkanje-vitamina-d\/","title":{"rendered":"Vitamin D ni le modna muha!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Smo sredi drugega vala <strong>epidemije Covid-19<\/strong> in stavek, ki ga zadnje dni vse pogosteje berem na dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih, se glasi: <strong>&#8220;Vitamin D je novi toaletni papir&#8221;.<\/strong> Res je, te norije v prvem valu ni bilo. Vitamin D je trenutno eden najbolj za\u017eelenih izdekov v lekarnah in glede na to, da sem sama neposredno vpletna v njegovi prodajni verigi, sem se odlo\u010dila, da \u0161e jaz primaknem svojih 5 centov na to temo.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>V <strong>Valensu<\/strong> zadnje mesece delamo bodisi v dveh izmenah, bodisi po 10-12 ur od doma. Zato, da lahko Slovencem, ki imamo kroni\u010dno pomanjkanje vitamina D, pravo\u010dasno zagotavljamo dovolj\u0161no zalogo izdelkov. Ljudje so dobesedno znoreli, lekarne nas neprestano kli\u010dejo, ker jim zmanjkuje robe, spletna trgovina bo pregorela. Na tem mestu se ponovno <strong>zahvaljujem vsem sodelavcem<\/strong>, ki razumejo situacijo in so pokazali najvi\u0161jo mo\u017eno stopnjo delovne vneme in lojalnosti podjetju. Seveda smo vsi skupaj veseli, da smo eni redkih, ki imamo v teh te\u017ekih razmerah \u0161e slu\u017ebe. A verjemite, \u0161e bolj bomo veseli, \u010de se bo Slovenija iz te situacije izvlekla \u010dimprej, in \u010de se bomo iz nje vsi nekaj nau\u010dili. Zato vas lepo prosim, da \u0161e nekaj minut ostanete z mano.<\/p>\n<p>O <strong>splo\u0161nem pomanjkanju vitamina D<\/strong> namre\u010d v Valensu \u00bbtrobimo\u00ab \u017ee leta, a nas do zdaj skoraj nih\u010de ni sli\u0161al. \u0160e ve\u010d, da bi to dokazali, smo pred dobrim letom <strong>spodbudili in sofinancirali raziskavo<\/strong>, v kateri smo pr\u0161ili do res zaskrbljujo\u010dih rezultatov. \u017de na za\u010detku raziskave smo pri kar <strong>21%<\/strong> udele\u017eencev ugotovili <strong>huj\u0161e pomanjkanje<\/strong> vitamina D, kar pomeni, da le-ti sploh niso pri\u0161li v po\u0161tev za \u0161tudijo \u2013 iz eti\u010dnih razlogov smo jih morali izklju\u010diti iz raziskave in jim svetovali takoj\u0161en za\u010detek dodajanja vitamina D. Ve\u010d o \u0161tudiji si lahko preberete <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valens.si\/studije-vitamin-d\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">na tej povezavi<\/a>. Delili smo jo tako s farmacevti, kot z mediji in s splo\u0161no javnostjo.<\/p>\n<p>Tej raziskavi je sledila obse\u017enej\u0161a nacionalna raziskava (le-te Valens ni ve\u010d sofinanciral), v kateri so dokazali, da ima kar <strong>80% Slovencev v jesensko-zimskem obdobju pomanjkanje vitamina D<\/strong>. Sedaj, ko se je pojavila epidemija Covid-19, se o tej raziskavi govori po vsej Sloveniji. Na pomanjkanje \u00bbson\u010dnega vitamina\u00ab opozarjajo tako epidemiologi, kot zdravniki, priporo\u010dila o dodajanju se pojavljajo v vseh mo\u017enih medijih, tudi na pregovorno skepti\u010dnih dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih.<\/p>\n<p>Da ne bo pomote \u2013 <strong>vesela sem, da je tako<\/strong>. Da so se torej pristojni kon\u010dno zganili in za\u010deli osve\u0161\u010dati javnost na nacionalni ravni. A naj spomnim, raziskava se je delala spomladi leta 2019, ko epidemije \u0161e ni bilo. Pomanjkanje pri splo\u0161ni populaciji je <strong>vsakoletno dejstvo, ne samo modna muha<\/strong>. Slovenija namre\u010d le\u017ei v geografskem pasu, kjer sonce jeseni in pozimi nima dovolj mo\u010di, da bi ob stiku s ko\u017eo tvorilo zadostne koli\u010dine vitamina D. Poleg tega pa, poglejte ven, stemni se prakti\u010dno \u017ee ob 16h.<\/p>\n<p>A bodimo realni, vitamin D ni re\u0161ilna bilka, ki vas bo za\u0161\u010ditila pred virusi. Je le <strong>preventiva,<\/strong> ki vam bo pomagala <strong>okrepiti imunski sistem<\/strong> in poskrbela za zdrave kosti. Slednje je \u0161e posebej pomembno pri \u017eenskah, ki smo zaradi hormonov podvr\u017eene <strong>tihi bolezni \u2013 osteoporozi<\/strong>. \u010ce ostanem pri odpornosti \u2013 gre za zelo zapleten sistem, ki je odvisen od velikega \u0161tevila dejavnikov. O njih so nas u\u010dili \u017ee v osnovni \u0161oli in jih tu ne bom ponavljala. Raje bom zaklju\u010dila s pozivom, da se z zdravjem resni\u010dno ni vredno igrati, saj imamo samo eno \u017eivljenje. In \u010de se morate za nakup enega izdelka z vitaminom D odpovedati <strong>dvema kavama na mesec<\/strong> (toliko namre\u010d stane mese\u010dna doza <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valens.si\/vitamin-d\/izdelki\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Valensovih ustnih pr\u0161il<\/a>), je to najmanj, kar lahko storite zase.<\/p>\n<p>Za konec pa \u0161e nekaj na temo izbire izdelkov. <strong>Ja, upravi\u010deno ste zmedeni.<\/strong> Stroka vneto zagovarja, da so edini izdelki z vitaminom D, ki u\u010dinkujejo, le tisti, ki se dobijo na recept, oziroma so registrirani kot zdravilo. To <strong>bi na\u010deloma dr\u017ealo<\/strong>, \u010de ne bi obstajala podjetja, kot je Valens. Odrasli potrebujemo vsaj 1000 IU, \u0161e raje pa 2000 IU vitamina D3 na dan, dojen\u010dki 400, otroci pa 500.
