Hi guys, my name is Anda, and I am a travelholic. Yep, I like to travel. A LOT.\u00a0They say I\u2019m also good with words, so I thought I\u2019d put my travel adventures into a personal diary. One thing led to another, and here we are \u2013 a bit less personal. Welcome to my blog\u00a0Travel with Anda<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

About my blog\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6>\n

On Travel with Anda, I share my\u00a0travel experience and tips<\/strong> so that you can get new ideas about your next vacation, travel destination, or just a short weekend escape. I\u2019ve visited\u00a054 countries<\/strong>; hence everyone should find something to read about. My English is not perfect, since my mother language is Slovenian, but hey, at least I try!<\/p>\n

My home country<\/strong><\/h6>\n

I live in\u00a0Slovenia<\/strong>, one of the most beautiful countries in the world. A pocket country with a population of only\u00a02 million people<\/strong>\u00a0is known for\u00a0its high quality of living<\/strong>\u00a0in terms of good social and security standards and for\u00a0its beautiful nature<\/strong>\u00a0with the world-famous Bled Lake and\u00a0Postojna cave<\/a>. However, this is not a \u201ccome to Slovenia\u201d invitation \u2013 we don\u2019t want too many tourists here, as it\u2019s getting crowded already. <\/p>\n

My work<\/strong><\/h6>\n

I am not \u201cjust another travel blogger who quit her job to become a world traveler\u201d. Quitting my job was never an option. Mostly because I am one of those lucky bastards who can honestly say\u00a0\u201cI love my job\u201d.<\/strong>\u00a0I am a proud co-owner of\u00a0Valens<\/a>\u00a0where I work as a Sales Director. I love dogs<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Dogs are my favorite people.<\/strong>\u00a0Everywhere I travel, I\u00a0feed stray dogs and chase them fur balls. I own a Chihuahua (though it\u2019s actually the other way around) and I love her to the moon and back. My hobbies<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Besides traveling and spending time with\u00a0my two sweethearts<\/strong>\u00a0(one of them is much taller and a bit less hairy), I am obsessed with all kinds of\u00a0sports.<\/strong>\u00a0I used to play volleyball on a semi-pro level, but lately, I prefer individual sports, like\u00a0hiking and mountain biking.<\/strong>\u00a0I am also a\u00a0movie freak<\/strong>\u00a0(I used to work with a movie magazine which was the coolest job ever, but unfortunately a bit underpaid), but without a Netflix subscription. (Netflix, sponsor me please!)<\/p>\n

I hate e-mailing lists, so I decided not to offer a subscription option for Travel with Anda.
